17 Apr 2024 - Rule 3 has been updated with a new entry: "Players who are complicit in cheating by aiding, abetting and/or consciously profiting from illegal actions of other players, may also be punished with 7-day banishment, 14-day banishment, 30-day banishment with or without a final warning, or permanent banishment, depending on the seriousness of the violation and the Player's criminal record." - This doesn't really change the way we enforce the rules, because such cases used to be punished as "destructive behavior". We decided, however, that it deserves to be stated explicitly in the Rules.
We also updated Rule 6.: starting from Apr 25, the automatic auction bans will be twice as long.

Re: Cheat detection is broken.
I and some friends started this server about a week ago and everything was fine. One day I tried to login to my account to find it and ALL accounts used on my IP were banned for deletion.
The reason was 3rd party software, of which there was none used at ANY point.
A quick email to the support I was told all accounts would be deleted if even ONE person was detected cheating. Extremely unfair and overkill but it was in the rules when I signed up so I accept it. Apart from the fact no cheating was done and after asking for any details as to what was detected it seems they dont actually know.
We have now started new characters to try again after buying yet more premiums.
We are 2 days in and ANOTHER account has been banned for absolutely no reason whatsoever. (Skool Shooter) kicked and banned while exploring Kaz with his friend.
Can a GM reply here as to what exactly is being detected as there is no cheating going on and as an owner of a server I would like to know myself why my cheat detection is faulty banning my server population.
