23 Jun 2025 - As of June 30th the following changes to the Rule 5 will come into force: the duration of the automatic ban for exceeding the unjustified kills limit will be derived directly from the number of prior bans imposed for the same reason on the given account. The first ban will be applied for 7 days (as was until now), but the second for 30 days, and each subsequent one for 30 days longer than the pervious one. The limit for unjustified kills remains as is.

I want to make a proposal. Since we got the djinn, we can only sell 5 giant swords, 5 blue robes and 15 skull staffs each month. I totally agreed with this limit when it was possible since people collected these items for two years with the only option to sell them to players. With this change, people would become millionaires which would destroy the tibiantis market. However, now it's been more than two years and I think it is time for a change. Most people sold their big stocks, and therefore I want to remove the limit on the sellable djinn items!

Re: Remove the limit on sellable djinn items
The sales limit at Djinns was not just limited to the bulk sale of items that players had accumulated in the depo. They were thought out in such a way that they acted as a kind of limiter on the profitability of mass hunting of the same monsters by the same player in a way forcing him to sometimes change the place of gaining experience.
So if the limits on sales at Djinns are too small for some players, it means that they basically serve their function and we are unlikely to see the need for change.

Okay, understandable but still. Isn't it worth to take a look on the limits? There is plenty of other monsters which I can camp and sell the items instantly. However I do believe that the limits who are set are to low. Atleast add some extra.

Re: Remove the limit on sellable djinn items
It's not only that. Originally, the intoduction of djinns (and later rashid and other such npcs) basically killed player-player trade/interaction. They were needed to maintain the value of items on old worlds where their supply exceeded demand, but eventually they caused all trading to take place with npcs, which is not beneficial for either the economy or the gameplay itself. Players became kind of self-sufficient because of this, they could just exp and exp and exp without even exchanging messages with anyone. We don't want to go in this direction. Hence, here those items can also be sold to npc, which preserves their value, but you still have to trade the surplus with other players or change your hunting spot from time to time.
