23 Jun 2025 - As of June 30th the following changes to the Rule 5 will come into force: the duration of the automatic ban for exceeding the unjustified kills limit will be derived directly from the number of prior bans imposed for the same reason on the given account. The first ban will be applied for 7 days (as was until now), but the second for 30 days, and each subsequent one for 30 days longer than the pervious one. The limit for unjustified kills remains as is.

Hello, My nick name in the game is Sciopashi. A few days ago I got a 3 month ban on the auction of houses for a mistake but that's ok but not enough a while later a ban on the whole account I wrote many times to email but no one responds, the whole support does not give a damn about people and their problems we are simply ignored. I wrote that I made a mistake in the amount of money and I could not take it back and that it was the first time, so a ban on the whole account for a month is probably too much, even when I got the ban on the account I was returning to the depo and my character died from the lion I was without AOL and I had good items on me so if I got the ban shouldn't my character log out right away ? I was just left at all losses this is not fair on your part.
