23 Jun 2025 - As of June 30th the following changes to the Rule 5 will come into force: the duration of the automatic ban for exceeding the unjustified kills limit will be derived directly from the number of prior bans imposed for the same reason on the given account. The first ban will be applied for 7 days (as was until now), but the second for 30 days, and each subsequent one for 30 days longer than the pervious one. The limit for unjustified kills remains as is.

Hi, I'm an American living in China. I use a VPN while I'm online because so many things are blocked. I was online yesterday training for a few minutes. I'm unable to login today. The game allows me to get to my character screen and when I login it says

I'm pretty sure your IP being marked as malicious and get blocked by our firewall software. I've whitelisted your last 2 IP addresses so you can login. If your IP is static please e-mail us with it so we will be able to pernament whitelist you, otherwise please use VPN with geolocation of United States. In other words, please avoid China addresses, most of them are marked as malicious and these addresses are blocked preventively.

Thank you. However, I'm also randomly encountering a different problem I hope you can help with. Sometimes it works and let me in, other times it says this for extended periods of time. I was able to get on and start training after your last reply. But when I try to take a break and come online again, it says this.
