23 Jun 2025 - As of June 30th the following changes to the Rule 5 will come into force: the duration of the automatic ban for exceeding the unjustified kills limit will be derived directly from the number of prior bans imposed for the same reason on the given account. The first ban will be applied for 7 days (as was until now), but the second for 30 days, and each subsequent one for 30 days longer than the pervious one. Can someone explain why the server crashed at 10:02:33 CEST? I died and lost 5 hours of my life and that was not my fault. What's the point of playing if you can get randomly killed?

The server did not crash. You lost connection, but that was not the server's fault. There must have been an outage on the route, and unfortunately this is beyond our reach. I wish we could help you, but that's the Internet. We can only be responsible for the game server, but not for each player's connection.
