I can't connect to the server at all. I cannot even get to the menu to type in my account number. Can someone help me? When I start the client it just says "Failed to Connect". It seems like your antivirus software blocks connection to our update service. Do you use default Windows Defender?
I just reinstalled and it was fine. That's probably not the best thing to do, but it worked. Still cannot connect to the game.

So it looks like your ISP is blocking connection to our datacenter (OVH, London). I suggest you to try connecting with different provider or try to use some free vpn services.
