Im not sure if this is a bug or not but i will ask here anyway.
Shanar in Ab'dendriel is not buying any weapons, just shields.
I've tried whit halberd and battle axe.
Should he buy this or am i crazy?

There is no bug here — Shanar behaves exactly as he did in version 7.4. It is not true that he does not buy any weapons — you can sell many such items to him. However, it is indeed the case that he is not interested in purchasing either halberds or battle axes :)
You can check which NPCs you can sell which items to on one of our fansites: https://tibiantis.xyz/ Battle axes can be sold to 6 NPCs, but Shanar is not one of them. (Keep in mind that fansites are made entirely by players, so they are not guaranteed to always have correct data, but in this case it should do, nevertheless.)
