Can someone explain why the server crashed at 10:02:33 CEST? I died and lost 5 hours of my life and that was not my fault. What's the point of playing if you can get randomly killed?

The server did not crash. You lost connection, but that was not the server's fault. There must have been an outage on the route, and unfortunately this is beyond our reach. I wish we could help you, but that's the Internet. We can only be responsible for the game server, but not for each player's connection.
